Why Online Job Portals Require a Single PDF

Whether applying for Banking exams (IBPS/SBI), State PSCs, or technical positions, portals rarely provide upload slots for each individual semester marksheet. Instead, they provide a single slot: "Upload Consolidated Marksheets / Degree Certificate (PDF format, Max 500 KB)".

Steps to Prepare Your Marksheet PDF

1. Scan each semester marksheet or take clean photographs in good lighting.
2. Use our JPG to PDF Converter to arrange pages chronologically:
   • Page 1: 10th / Matriculation Certificate
   • Page 2: 12th / Intermediate Certificate
   • Pages 3 to 10: Semesters 1 through 8 in sequence
   • Final Page: Degree / Provisional Passing Certificate
3. Set standard A4 page size with 20pt margins.
4. Download the compiled PDF document.
